Failure to check this information, or any error made during the purchasing process, will not entitle the purchaser to amend the tickets or recover the amount paid.

6.2. Inability to Attend on the Selected Date

When tickets have been purchased for a specific date, they may only be used on that date and in accordance with the conditions indicated at the time of purchase.

6.3. Closure of the Leisure Centre or Weather-Related Incidents

If the leisure centre is required to close after visitors have already entered, the rules established by the relevant leisure centre for such circumstances will apply.

If the purchaser is unable to enter due to weather conditions or other circumstances beyond the control of the leisure centre, they must ask to speak to the person responsible for the leisure centre at that time. Failure to do so will result in the loss of any rights to which they may otherwise have been entitled.

    6.4. Non-Refundable Nature of Tickets
