No. If you enter the park with an online ticket, there’s no need to go through the ticket office. We have a dedicated entrance for online tickets.
- How long are the tickets valid for?
As a general rule, tickets with a selected date are only valid on that specific date. Tickets without a selected date are valid until September 21, 2025.
- Can I buy a ticket just to see the dolphin and sea lion shows without accessing the water park?
No. The ticket includes access to the entire facility, including both the shows and the water park.
- Do children under 3 need a ticket?
No. Children under 3 years old do not need a ticket and enter for free.
- What is the minimum age for a child to enter the park alone?
Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult to enter the park.
- Is there a half-day ticket?
No. All tickets are valid for a full day.
Are there special rates for groups?
Yes, special prices are available for groups of more than 15 people.
Are there discounts for large or single-parent families?
Yes. By presenting the official large/single-parent family card along with a valid ID at the park ticket office, you will receive a 15% discount on the ticket office price. You can also purchase the discounted family ticket online for Marineland Catalunya. Not combinable with other offers/promotions.
Is there a disability discount?
Yes. By presenting a disability card of 33% or more along with a valid ID, the holder and one accompanying adult receive a 30% discount. For disabilities of 75% or more, the discount is 50% for the holder and one companion. Not combinable with other offers/promotions.
Can discounts be combined?
No, discounts cannot be combined. Only one type of discount can be applied per ticket.
Is there a free Fast Pass for people with disabilities?
Yes, if any of the following apply:

No, pets are not allowed inside the park.
- Are there heated pools or hot water pools?

- Are the dolphin and sea lion shows included in the ticket price?
Yes. The park ticket includes access to the water park and the shows.
- How can I book an animal interaction experience?
Advance booking is not available. Once inside the park, our team will inform you about the daily activities with sea lions. This activity is not included in the ticket and has an additional cost.
- Are there height restrictions for the attractions?
Yes. You can check the minimum and maximum height requirements for each ride on our website. In the park, each ride has a sign with this information. All slides require a minimum height of 1.15 m, except Magic Falls, which requires 1.20 m. Children’s areas are for those up to 1.15 m.
- Can I use the rides if I can’t swim?
Yes. Some slides can be used without knowing how to swim (Magic Falls, Speed Boats, Tornado, and Boomerang).
- Is wearing a burkini allowed?
Yes, as long as it is made of swimwear material – lycra.
- Can I wear water shoes (aqua socks) on the slides?
Yes.
- Can I wear prescription glasses on the slides?
No. You must hold your glasses in your hand during the descent.
